- Certificate III in Business Administration - develop administrative responsibilities in an organisation, including problem-solving and decision-making.
- Certificate III in Business Administration (Medical) - customised training for people working in medical, dental or general healthcare administration.
- Certificate IV in Business Administration develops significant administrative skills involving supervision and organisational responsibilities.
- Certificate IV in Business - for those involved in administrative tasks including analysis and evaluation of information which may also include a leadership role.
