Advanced Diploma of Management (Human Resources)
Training Suitability
The program focuses on developing a human resource (HR) manager’s capability to incorporate the culture and values of the organisation in the design and implementation of a set of integrated human resource systems, processes and practices. It develops capability to coordinate change and redirect human resources to correspond to strategic changes within the organisation across a broad range of technical and/or management functions.

SKILLS OUTCOME
At the successful completion of this course, depending on electives, students will be able to:
- Strategically plan and implement an organisational strategy
- Assess and implement leadership styles and planning
- Promote and manage continuous improvement and learning
- Assist in the development of business plans and business operations
- Participate in financial management, from the preparation and analysis of responsible budgetary plans and decision making, to the development of capital investment proposals.
RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING (RPL)
Given that some participants may already be able to demonstrate their competence in some units, a recognition of prior learning assessment process is available to acknowledge skills and knowledge that may have been gained through formal and informal training and/or learning, work experience and life experience.
