Qualifications

  • Certificate IV in Frontline Management - suited to team leaders/supervisors undertaking a first line management position within the organisation. Participants may have existing technical skills but require additional training or recognition in supervisory skills.
  • Diploma of Management -suited to individuals who manage others and includes the review and evaluation of management practices. Generally individuals will have considerable experience in their industry and want to develop their managerial approach, improve their own performance and team effectiveness.
