As the education and training company of the University of New England, UNE Partnerships is able to provide exceptional pathways through our vocational pathways to university awards. These pathways provide a clear progression for personal and career development.
Approved advance standing exists specifically for UNE Partnerships diploma and advanced diploma qualifications into undergraduate awards at the University of New England. Qualifications from other registered training organisations are recognised in accordance with relevant Training Package rules.

Award closing
The University of New England’s Graduate School of Business has advised that the following programs will be discontinued effective 2010.
- Graduate Certificate in Practice Management*
- Graduate Certificate in Project Management
Students wishing to enrol in these awards must lodge their application for enrolment with the Graduate School of Business by 3 July 2009.
Advanced standing arrangement discontinued
Advanced standing arrangements for UNE Partnerships students entering postgraduate qualifications will discontinue effective 2010.
This applies to the following awards:
- Graduate Certificate in Management,
- Graduate Certificate in Practice Management*
- Graduate Certificate in Project Management
- Graduate Diploma in Management
- Masters of Business Administration
If you have completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma level qualification or the Strategic Planning and Leadership Program with UNE Partnerships and wish to utilize the existing advanced standing, you must enrol with the Graduate School of Business by 03 July 2009.
* Those wishing to enrol in the Graduate Certificate of Practice Management you complete the Diploma of Practice Management to meet entry requirements.
For those currently completing a Diploma, Advanced Diploma or the Strategic Planning and Leaderships Program, you have until 03 July 2009 to enrol in your elected postgraduate award with the Graduate School of Business but have until 11 December 2009 to complete your UNE Partnerships qualification.
